FINE WINES
WARHORSE RED is a Pinot Noir made from perfectly ripened grapes.  This wine retains the sweetness,  and all the complexity that fine Pinot Noirs are known for.

REDHAWK  is a Merlot wine - that is the driest of all our wines.  It is a hearty full-bodied wine, that remains fruity and very smooth.

WHITE BUFFALO  is a Chenin Blanc wine - is semi-sweet, with a clean, crisp flavor, that can be enjoyed with dinner or sharing with a friend.

PINOT GRIGIO is a full-bodied white wine, with strong berry flavors and aroma.  A fine wine to enjoy alone or for pairing with heavy seasoned meats or pasta.

SAUVIGNON BLANC is a light refreshing wine, with floral aromas - best paired with light meals, and fish.

ZINFANDEL is a Hearty red wine with berry flavors and a fruity aroma.  A wonderful wine by the glass or paired with red meats and red sauces.

RIESLING is a refreshing light white wine, with just a touch of residual sugars.  This is the wine to enjoy chilled by the pool or paired with seafood.

SWEET FRUIT WINES
APPLE - this is a very sweet white wine, with a tart taste and a velvety finish.  It has slight oak and earthy flavors, with a strong fruity aroma.

BLACKBERRY - this is a favorite wine that we've been making for years with blackberry's that grow on our farm.  This is a clean, sweet wine with no additives.

Dilly Green Beans - Cholesterol-free, low sodium, healthy green veggies

Pickled Green Tomatoes - The absolute best thing to do with green tomatoes is to pickle them. I used to buy pickled green tomatoes at the grocery, but I haven't seen those for years.  (SOLD OUT)

Brandy Peach Sauce - Serve this heavenly sauce over pound cake, shortcake, or peach or vanilla ice cream. A late summer favorite. (SOLD OUT)

Pickled Okras - Whether you want it spicy or not, pickled okra is a southern staple either way. Makes a great addition to any relish or snack tray. (SOLD OUT)

Pickled Cucumbers - Aside from pickling, there is no practical way to preserve cucumbers. Pickled cucumbers add spice and texture to sandwiches and meals. (SOLD OUT)

Zucchini Relish - This will become a hit with anyone who tastes it. It has a flavor that excites the palate and can be used right out of the jar on sandwiches or as a side dish with beef chicken or seafood. Also great in salads. (SOLD OUT)
Picante Salsa (Mild, Medium, Hot) - Spice up your favorite recipes or enjoy straight from the jar. Picante Salsa is an unbeatable treat.

Black Beans & Corn Salsa - Give your chips something to dive into with this savory salsa. The corn gives it a subtle sweet flavor and black beans a change in texture.

Turquoise Soap Rock - Turquoise is a valuable mineral and is possibly the most valuable, non-transparent mineral. Its history also includes beautiful ornamental creations by Native Americans. Its popularity is still quite strong today. Formed only in parched terrains, the mineral is rich with water, and Turquoise Soap Rock quenches your skin.

Sapphire SOAP ROCK - In earlier times, some people believed that the firmament was an enormous blue sapphire in which the Earth was embedded. The sapphire symbolizes loyalty, but at the same time it gives expression to people's love and longing.

Tiger's Eye SOAP ROCK - Tiger eye with its bands resembles an eye of tiger, so it is received its name due to this similarity. Roman soldiers wore tiger's-eye for protection in battle. Tiger Eye was thought to be all seeing due to its appearance. Tiger Eye is used for focusing the mind. It is said that Tiger Eye offers protection during travel, strengthens convictions and confidence. This very warm stone is beneficial for the weak and sick.

Aquamarine SOAP ROCK -
Aquamarine ( "water of the sea") is a gemstone-quality transparent variety of beryl, having a delicate blue or turquoise color, suggestive of the tint of seawater. Ancient sailors traveled with aquamarine crystals, believing that it would ensure a safe passage, and often slept with the stones under their pillow to ensure sound sleep.

Jasper SOAP ROCK - Jasper can appear as an opaque rock of shades of red due to mineral impurities. Patterns can arise from the formation process and from flow patterns in the sediment or volcanic ash that was saturated with silica to form jasper, yielding bands or swirls in the rock. In the traditions of some American Indian tribes, jasper can help bring rain. In several cultures it is credited with driving away evil, especially spirits or venomous creatures. Crystal users believe it brings calmness, clarity of thought, and mental balance. Traditional healers consider jasper a "general" healing stone, as well as strengthening the stomach and helping with feminine problems.

Fire Geode SOAP ROCK - Fire Opal is formed beside geysers and hot springs, and is also found in the volcanic terrain of Mexico. A flashy soap of fiery colors to toss around in your personal hot spring.

Septarian Geode SOAP ROCK - This type of geode is sedimentary, which formed in an ancient sea floor about 50 million years ago.  This is different from most geodes which are volcanic in nature.  The septarian geode's golden star-like centers are the result of the crystallization of the mineral calcite, framed by aragonite.

Jade SOAP ROCK - Jade – a gemstone of unique symbolic energy, and unique in the myths that surround it. With its beauty and wide-ranging expressiveness, jade has held a special attraction for mankind for thousands of years. Today, too, this gem is regarded as a symbol of the good, the beautiful and the precious. It embodies the Confucian virtues of wisdom, justice, compassion, modesty and courage, yet it also symbolizes the female-erotic.

Malachite SOAP ROCK - Malachite is a beautiful green earth stone with irregular black banding. It is easily recognized by its color, green streak, and silky or velvety luster. Malachite is said to aid in the regeneration of body cells, creates calm and peace, and aids one's sleep. A gorgeous stone, Malachite is worn by many to detect impending danger. This beautiful green stone offers bands of varying hues and is believed by many to lend extra energy. It is believed that gazing at Malachite or holding it relaxes the nervous system and calms stormy emotions. Malachite is said to bring harmony into one's life. It is also believed that malachite gives knowledge and patience.
