WARHORSE RED is a Pinot Noir, a light and fruity red wine reminiscent of sweet red berries, plum and currant with notable earthy and wood-like flavors. One of the most versatile food wines and great for sipping.

 

The horse was a marvel to the Indian and came to be regarded as sacred. It had a mysterious or sacred character. The Indian often times referred to the horse as the big dog or the sacred dog. The ceremonial importance of horses is strong in many cultures. In some Native American ceremonies, used to rid someone who has come in contact with the enemy of the evil, horses transport the sacred staff that carries the evil away from the person. Horses are the focus of many Plains ceremonies as well.

REDHAWK  is a Merlot, a soft medium-bodied red wine, with juicy fruit flavors. An earthy full flavored wine that pairs well with most meats, as well as pasta and salads. Good choice for new red wine consumers.

CABERNET FRANC  with its distinct berry (mainly blueberry and raspberry) flavors and lower tannin levels makes a softer and more subdued wine than Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep rich red that pairs well with Italian and Greek cuisines.

SAUVIGNON BLANC is a dry light refreshing white wine with a fragrant bouquet. A wide range of flavors from citrus and tropical to tart apple and herbaceous. A very unique tasting adventure. A very food friendly wine, from appetizers to desserts.

RED ZINFANDEL - Zinfandel means the red wine. It has a rich ruby color with intense berry and plum flavors and a spicy peppery finish. Pairs well with spicy foods, burgers and red meats.

RIESLING is a crisp refreshing white wine with aromas of apple, peach and pear mixed with floral undertones. A smooth velvety wine, with hints of honey and ripe melon. Chill for sipping or pairing with seafood, pork, and poultry.

CHARDONNAY - our no oak version boast an impressive range of flavors from fresh fruit to the expected buttery overtones. Pairs well with white meats or heavy cream dishes.

GREEN TEA is a dry earthy white wine with clean flavors. A herbaceous and woody aroma with a hint of citrus. A good source of EGCG. Best when served at room temperature and pairs well with Asian foods.
